Ayoon Art House originates from a truth deeply rooted in human history. to witness what the community creates, and to create as a form of documentation. Storytelling is a natural way to document the existence of communities, cultures, and traditions.
Inspired by our ancestors who resisted imperialism through their acts of creation, together we will continue their legacy by offering a space where our creations (and those after us) can flourish freely.
Ayoon Art House is a space where art validates presence and resists erasure. Here, your creativity can be a hobby but it's also a form of survival, resistance, and hope.
The Windows
At the heart of this exhibition is the act of witnessing. Each window offers a perspective shaped by the artist. To look through a window is to frame reality, which invites viewers to step into another world while still reminding them of the threshold between their own lives and the lives of others. A fragile yet enduring threshold between separation and connection. Each work is a mirror into the artist’s vision, but also into our shared possibilities of belonging, memory, and future.

Oranges are a global gem, especially in Florida and Palestine. Oranges are a powerful symbol of Palestinian identity. Long before the watermelon became a symbol of Palestinian resilience, the Orange stood for more than a national fruit. Oranges stood as tokens of abundance and were rooted in centuries of agricultural traditions. Yet, within the seeds lies a deeper story of colonial disruption, cultural erasure, and enduring resilience. The orange carries the contested memory of Palestine's rich agriculture.

What does ‘Falahi’ mean? A direct translation of Falahi “فلاحي ” is a local villager or farmer within a community. Yet we know it more that just a word, its the heartbeat where Community Blooms Under the Moonlight. As the sun dips below the horizon, the falahis gather; neighbors that feel like family woven together by tradition and shared joy. From the hands that weave baskets, tatreez traditions, or nurture the land by day, to the hearts that overflow with laughter and conversation or coffee by night.

Sit Al-Habayib is all about recognizing their impact and expressing our gratitude. Recognizing the connection that our mothers are our first teachers, our constant supporters, and often the soul and heart of our families and communities. To honor that love and connection in a truly memorable way. Together with my Tampa community, we organized a special Mother’s Day event. It was focusing on community bonding and honing on the experience provided to the community.
